A. Vogel Molkosan Original 500ml is a fermented whey preparation derived from fresh milk from the Swiss Alps. Molkosan has a high concentration of L(+) lactic acid. L(+) lactic acid has a multitude of beneficial health effects and, when consumed regularly, has a very positive influence on the digestive system by balancing the bacterial flora.
L(+) lactic acid, with a high physiological value, is the only one produced in our body. While the D(-) lactic acid present in most dairy products has no physiological value, as it is not absorbed by our body.
