Directions for use - Air freshening: on its own or in a blend, by evaporation under controlled gentle heat. - Atmospheric diffusion: mixed with other non-irritating essential oils, in a nebulizer diffuser. - Cutaneous route: diluted 5-15% (maximum 30%) in a vegetable oil. - Oral use: only under medical or pharmaceutical advice. Generally 1 drop, 2 to 3 times a day. - Dry inhalation: 1 drop on a handkerchief. Precautions for use: for adults and children over 12 years old. - Wet inhalation: contraindicated. Contraindications - Asthma.
