I like the way they treat their customers. I am not afraid to buy from Promofarma, since they have always solved the problems that arose. The only thing would be nice if the prices were lower.

Package almost without plastic. It has been left at the Barbus. No need to go looking for a specific establishment in Barcelona when one goes. On the other hand, buying on the Internet is still a waste. More if they are things that weigh little. Friends and relatives should be accompanied, helped... not recommended businesses, even if it was a small store in the village or the neighborhood, or a doctor's office!

I placed an order wrongly, and they do not allow exchanges, when when coming to pick up the package they could deliver the new order. This way you would save shipping and return costs and the operation would be faster! In this way, you have to pay the shipping costs of the wrong one, the return costs of the wrong one and again the shipping costs of the correct one.
