Instructions for use

The tablets should be swallowed whole, unchewed, after meals and with plenty of water; for nervousness it is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets 2 to 5 times a day, maximum 15 tablets a day; for insomnia it is recommended to take 2 to 5 tablets at bedtime.

Valerian root, sucrose, anti-caking agents (talc, stearic acid, palmitic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), hardener (microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol-6000, gum arabic, etc.);biga), lactose, calcium carbonate, emulsifiers (polysorbate-20, polysorbate-80), glucose Arabic, colouring agents (E-122, E-171), coating agents (poly[acrylic acid, mefacrylic acid], refined microcrystalline wax), dextrin.
