Instructions for use

Open the pouch and remove the protective film. Apply the adhesive side directly on the skin at the level of the painful area. The patch begins to warm up within 15 to 30 minutes. Apply the patch to a dry, smooth, non-moist area that is clean of all oily substances or lotions.
