DocMorris didn't send me the right splint, so it's impossible to have an opinion on the effectiveness of the product. Customer service is highly incompetent and it's impossible to return the product without paying the shipping costs out of my own pocket, even though they're the ones who made the mistake. 1st and last experience with them.
