Infusion made from plants beneficial to the body such as fennel and caraway, which work in synergy to promote the elimination of gases that cause discomfort such as abdominal pain or bloating. It also contains star anise, chamomile and mint and is flavoured with a slight licorice flavour. It is recommended to take 1 to 2 cups a day.
Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and infuse for 5 to 7 minutes.
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) fruits, Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root, Chamomile (Chamomilla recutita) flowers, Star anise (Illicium verum) fruits, Caraway (Carum carvi) fruits, Peppermint (Mentha piperita) leaves, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) natural aroma essential oil.
When suffering from flatulence it is important to try to eat slowly and chew food well before it is swallowed. You will avoid swallowing an excessive amount of air that could later favour the appearance of gases.
