Description

Infusion of red arenaria traditionally used as a diuretic to promote the production and elimination of urine, and as an adjuvant in mild urinary disorders such as cystitis, dysuria or kidney stones. It is advisable to provide an adequate amount of water during ingestion to promote diuretic effects.

Instructions for use

-Put 1 teaspoon of plant per cup.

-Add boiling water, let stand 5-10 minutes and filter.
