Description

Do you have problems with constipation? Try Flaxseed or Flaxseed and start benefiting from its results;

Flaxseed or Linseed contains mild laxative properties, recommended for constipation or gastrointestinal discomfort. Flax helps to soften the stool, so it eliminates any constipation caused by hemorrhoids, anal fissures or injuries to the rectum. After swallowing the flax, it is recommended that the patient avoid lying down as this could obstruct the esophagus.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to drink an adequate amount of water (about two litres per day) during the treatment with flax, to improve the laxative effects.

Pharmaceutical Advice

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.

Exercising regularly is also advisable. Fibre-rich food supplements or plant extracts can also provide additional support. On the other hand, laxative medications (oral or enemas/suppositories) can alleviate occasional constipation and provide fast relief. These medications are not suitable in certain situations. Consulting a healthcare professional is recommended.
