Description

It is a dried laurel plant, commonly used as a diuretic, appetite stimulant and also as an astringent. It can also relieve colic, stomach pain and eliminate flatulence. In addition, the essential oil present in bay leaves is extremely effective in treating muscle pain, bronchitis, arthritis and other related diseases. Bay leaves are also effective as a natural insect repellent because they contain large amounts of lauric acid.

Instructions for use

Decoction: one tablespoon per cup of water, boil for one minute and drink three or four cups a day.
