100 g

Description

Infusion that contributes to the health of the female reproductive system.

This small shrub is mainly known for its red and delicious fruits, but its leaves also have beneficial properties for health, taken in the form of infusion. Raspberry leaves concentrate a real set of vitamins and minerals such as vitamins A, B, C and E, but also contain magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, iron and zinc, as well as being rich in fiber and tannins. All this provides a multitude of properties that helps primarily in the health of the female reproductive system, helping to stimulate and tone the uterus, helping to reduce painful and heavy periods. These leaves are also used to help reduce fertility problems in both women and men.

It is also very beneficial to take after pregnancy, as it helps to facilitate childbirth and promote lactation. It is not recommended to take this infusion at the beginning of pregnancy because of its toning effect, as it can cause contraction in the uterine muscle.

Instructions for use

Drink 3 cups a day. To prepare the infusion put in a cup with very hot water two tablespoons of raspberry leaves and let stand for 3-10 minutes.

Composition

100% Raspberry leaves.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
