Description

Nettle tea is used against heavy periods and other urinary problems. It is used against joint pain and inflammation of the urinary tract. It has a proven anti-pain action. From its Latin name Urtica dioica, nettle tea is used against joint pain and inflammation of the urinary tract. It helps to cleanse the body, in fact the nettle infusion is recommended against skin problems. It is welcome to fight against hot flashes, useful during periods of growth, diet but also depression and exams (promotes attention and concentration). Nettle leaf is recommended for hair loss and brittle nails. It prevents the secretion of sebum (for oily hair).

Instructions for use

One teaspoon per cup is recommended. Immerse the plant in boiling water, turn off the heat and let it infuse for 10 minutes. Strain everything to avoid unpleasant vegetable pieces in the cup.
