Description

FOS, known as fructo-oligosaccharides, is a specific class of soluble fibre. They have a sweet taste and are very easy to dissolve in cold drinks, sprinkle on cereals or even take directly from the spoon;

Airbiotic® AB Fos-complex helps regulate intestinal transit and eliminate gases generated during digestion. Based on fennel seed extract and artichoke extract. It is perfect as a 100% natural fiber complement.

Formulated with 4 strains of synergistic bacteria: L. bulgaricus, L. acidophilus, S. thermophilus and B. bifidum.

Instructions for use

This product can have two applications:

  • In low doses it provides fiber for intestinal bacteria: 5g in adults or 2.5g in children.
  • In higher doses it can also be an interesting fibre supplement for many diets: 15g in adults or 5g in children.
