Nok de Akileïne anti-friction cream is a cream that helps to prevent rubbing on the feet, as well as the appearance of blisters or irritations in the groin, crotch, armpits or nipples. Instructions for use

Apply before sport with an intense massage. In case of more intense rubbing, apply a second coat without massaging.
