Linden honey helps with insomnia

500 g

Description

This Alemany honey comes from the nectar that bees collect from the flowers of the lime tree, both in spring and early summer. Honey has therapeutic properties and can be used in food or superficially on the skin. It also helps with colds due to its antiseptic benefits and has antioxidant effects. On the skin, honey can be used as a healing agent for very shallow wounds. In addition, it can help prevent infections in these types of wounds thanks to its antiseptic properties. It can also be used in facial masks thanks to its excellent astringent and skin softening qualities. It comes in a 500g glass container. It should be kept in a cool place and consumed within 20 months from the date of packaging.
