Quinoa with seaweed is an exceptional option to add to the diet. Quinoa with seaweed contains Royal Quinoa from the Bolivian Andes and wild Atlantic Wakame seaweed (50 gr of wakame per kilo of product). Rich in proteins of high biological value. The combination of the above ingredients creates a delicious dish full of vitamins and nutrients. The wakame provides a mild sea flavour, which combined with rice and vegetables creates a perfect contrast. The soup with rice, vegetables and wakame seaweed provides a characteristic smell that will surprise. Among the properties of wakame seaweed are anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, it helps prevent problems such as constipation and contains a high percentage of calcium, even more than milk. In addition to high concentrations of iodine, B vitamins (B1 and B12), iron and folic acid.

Boil 1 measure of Quinoa with seaweed in 3 measures of water for 20 minutes.
