ECO seaweed ideal for dietary supplements. The Kombu Laminaria seaweed, wild Atlantic seaweed that lives in deep water and can measure up to 2 m. It is used in cooking to add flavour or as an additional vegetable. It has a fleshy consistency, is brownish in colour, very rich in minerals (especially calcium and magnesium), essential amino acids and fibre. It is especially rich in alginic acid. Its glutamic acid softens legumes. It is 100% vegetable. Format of 100gr.
