Algesal foam is an emulsion (oil/water) that by the action of the propellant gas gives rise to a non-greasy and washable foam

In addition, it incorporates in its composition Myrtecaine (INN) lauryl sulfate.
This active ingredient significantly reduces the surface tension of the skin,
accelerating its penetration and enhancing the penetration of diethylamine salicylate.
It allows an optimal concentration of active ingredients to be delivered to the painful area,
thus achieving a rapid and effective reduction of pain.
