under veterinary prescription this product is prescribed to my cat who has severe diabetes. the help of "alpha -lipoic acid" in case of peripheral neuropathy (it is one of the possible complications of diabetes). Alpha-lipoic acid can help stimulate the nerves and regenerate the nerve fibers, thus preventing the progression of the disease. it is also a powerful antioxidant, which moreover helps to detoxify the body of heavy metals and toxins. in short it is a product surely indispensable. time will confirm this intuition.
