Description

This dark chocolate from Alternativa3 is an organic and high quality product. It is made with ingredients from organic farming, without pesticides or chemicals harmful to humans. The mixture of criollo cocoa with cane sugar and vanilla is a creation of the Swiss master chocolatier Bernrain, and provides an intense combination of aroma and flavour.

Criollo cocoa is a more aromatic variety than the common one, and its taste is less bitter. It comes from the Apovince cooperative in Ecuador and is produced under fair trade conditions. That is, for the benefit of small producers. Similarly, the cane sugar comes from another cooperative, in the Philippines. Alternativa3's chocolate is certified organic and does not contain gluten or soya lecithin. However, it may contain traces of lactose.

Instructions for use
