Description

Mascobado cane sugar in plastic packaging of 1kg capacity. Mascobado is the name given in the Philippines to sugar made from whole cane. The sugar is organically grown, so no pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilizers are used in its cultivation. It is extracted directly from the sugar cane, using evaporation techniques. The product has a non-homogeneous texture with the presence of molasses lumps. As it is not refined, it retains all its nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
