Ana Maria La Justicia Marine Collagen + Magnesium 180comp Lemon is a dietary supplement ideal for the proper natural functioning of joints, muscles, bones, and ligaments, as well as for improving their ailments.
Formulated with Peptan®, derived 100% from fish.
Gluten-free, lactose-free.
Take 6 to 9 tablets a day, divided between breakfast and dinner. Accompany with foods rich in vitamin C. Contents measured per daily dose of: 6 tablets (4.5 g): hydrolyzed collagen 3.6 g, magnesium 169 mg (45% NRV*).
9 tablets (6.8 g): hydrolyzed collagen 5.4 g, magnesium 254 mg (68% NRV*).
Hydrolyzed marine collagen, magnesium carbonate, natural lemon flavouring, magnesium hydroxide, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Magnesium is a mineral needed for the different processes in our body, as it helps to maintain the regular function of the muscles and the nervous system.
