Magnesium contributes to normal psychological functioning; vitamin B5 contributes to the normal performance of mental function; vitamin B9 helps the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy and also contributes to providing energy. Does not contain gluten, dairy derivatives, lactose or sucrose.
Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Take 1 tablet per day, preferably with the main meal and with a glass of water.
