The Hydra Fresh Face Gel-Cream SPF50 is a sun cream with a non-greasy gel texture that facilitates its fast absorption. It protects against UVA, UVB, IR and Blue Light rays. It is highly water resistant and is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive

After Sun for Face & Body by Apivita is a gel cream that helps the skin recover after sun exposure. It provides a feeling of freshness, thanks to its antioxidant ingredients and also gives the skin a smooth texture

Instructions for use

  • Hydra Fresh Face Gel-Cream: Apply to facial skin at least 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours, after bathing, physical activity or sweating, or as and when necessary.

  • After Sun for Face & Body: Apply to clean, dry skin after sun exposure.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Using sunscreen is essential to protect and prevent UVA and UVB rays from penetrating the skin. The sun filters included in sunscreen create a barrier on the skin that protects it from irritation, burns, allergies and redness. Babies and infants need special attention, as their skin is not able to fully synthesise melanin and is more fragile. It is especially important to use high protection factor sunscreen with anti-UVA filters that are water-resistant. For sunscreen with maximum effectiveness, it must be applied in appropriate quantities and spread evenly over the entire surface of the skin, applying it every 2 hours, after bathing or sweating. It is also important to avoid exposure to the sun in the middle of the day (from noon to 16:00) and it is advisable to use dietary supplements to boost sunscreen.

Using aftersun is also advisable so that the skin recovers moisture and maintains its natural antioxidants. If you are taking photosensitising medication or have a skin condition, it is particularly important to follow these recommendations. If you develop blisters, fever, or a headache after sun exposure, consult your doctor.
