Description

Duplo of nourishing products indicated for the daily hygiene of all hair types. Contains a 250ml shampoo, which helps to deeply cleanse and prevent hair dryness. Formulated with active ingredients that respect the natural flora of the scalp, in combination with gentle cleansing agents. Contains almond oil, honey, olive, Aloe vera, cotton molasses, wheat proteins and saponaria. Includes a 150ml conditioning cream, made with a biological protection system of cotton, oligosaccharides and arginine. Reinforced with bergamot essential oil, vanilla and rosemary infusion.

The photo of the product does not correspond to the one received, they send us the "shine" shampoo instead of the "intense repair" that appears in the photo of the product. The response from PROMOFARMA support is that it is the same product because it has the same EAN or product identifier. After several complaints and requests, the return and shipping costs are not taken care of and the support is only in writing, unclear and with no intention of solving the problem. We can only take it to the city council that has a complaints department or to the OCU. But I don't know if it is worth wasting so much time with this matter
