Apotex Unigel hydrogel is a treatment to promote healing of acute and chronic wounds. Unigel hydrogel supports the healing process of wounds thanks to its active oxygen free radical removal agents from the wounds.
*It is recommended to be applied together with the Unigel second skin dressing.
Gel of easy application and without pain.
How to use Apotex Unigel hydrogel healing
Clean the wound thoroughly and apply a small amount of product directly over it. Cover the wound with Unigel Second Skin Dressing. Repeat the application of the gel at least once every 24 hours.
Healing creams and solutions support the wound-healing process caused by burns, chafing and minor surgeries, helping reduce discomfort, accelerate healing, and make the scar less visible.
These products usually contain disinfectant and regenerating ingredients, which can also come from plant extracts such as hypericum or tea tree. Remember that protecting the affected area from sunlight is very important to avoid hyperpigmentation or secondary discolouration.
Before using a healing and disinfectant cream, gently wash the area with water and neutral soap, and dry it well before applying the product. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist, who can tell you if it is suitable for your type of wound and how to use it correctly.
