Its innovative presentation, with three-layer tablets, contributes and facilitates the reconciliation of sleep from the first moment. The first layer of the tablet, which is released immediately, helps you fall asleep. The second layer, with passionflower and poppy, is released during the night and helps to maintain sleep. And the third layer of the tablet, with valerian and lemon balm, is released during the night and contributes to relaxation for a refreshing sleep. Therefore, this product is aimed at those who want to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. It is also suitable for those who want to have a quality sleep, restful and without nighttime awakenings.

Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet a day, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Composition

Melatonin, Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L., root), Melissa extract (Melissa officinalis L., leaves), Passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial parts), extract of California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham, aerial parts), extract of Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill., seeds); extract of Black Pepper (Piper nigrum L., fruit), Cholecalciferol (vitamin D) and Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).

Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland. It helps your body to know when it is time to go to sleep and when it is time to wake up. An imbalance in the production of this hormone (jet lag, change in work shifts, mild and temporary insomnia, etc.) can lead to an alteration in the sleep-wake cycle that can result in difficulty falling asleep.
Dietary supplements containing melatonin are an option to promote a more restful sleep. Their use should be accompanied by sleep hygiene habits: establishing regular schedules, avoiding late dinners, and avoiding caffeine about 6 hours before going to sleep (coffee, tea, dark chocolate, energy drinks, etc.).
