Description

Tablets that promote restful sleep, thanks to its double layer to release its ingredients as needed. The first layer, quick release, contains melatonin, a substance that the body produces naturally and contributes to the onset of sleep. The second layer is delayed-release and contains extracts of valerian, passionflower and California poppy, which promote restful sleep throughout the night.

Instructions for use

- Take 1 to 2 tablets half an hour before going to bed. - Do not take during pregnancy and lactation.
