Aquilea Sueño Forte 60comp is a food supplement that helps to fall asleep and maintain sleep.

Its formulation is released in 3 phases, the first contains Melatonin, Piperine, Vitamin D and B6, and helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The second layer contains Griffonia (5-HTP) which helps to synthesize Melatonin in the body. It also contains Passionflower and California Poppy which help to maintain relaxation and sleep. Finally, the third contains Valerian and Melissa, which are released in a sustained way to relax the body and contribute to a more restful sleep.
