How to take Arkoflex® Collagen + Ac. Hyaluronic + Magnesium + Vitamin C vanilla flavour

Take 1 scoop daily (12g) mixed with water or juice. It can be taken for long periods of time without rest.

I've been using the product for three months now and I feel my skin is brighter. I feel less tired and in September I always noticed it. And as for the joints I do not know if it works, there I have not noticed great differences but I do not lose hope I will continue to buy it.
