Description

Brewer's yeast Dietary supplement that helps maintain the beauty of nails and hair. Brewer's yeast Arkogélules® BIO, a formula of biological origin that restores 100% of the active principles of the plant. Brewer's yeast is composed of microscopic fungi found naturally in the skin of certain fruits and beer wort. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A Dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children. Store away from light, heat and moisture. 150 capsules.

Instructions for use

Oral use. From 6 years.
Adults: 3 capsules a day.
Children from 6 to 12 years old: 1 capsule a day.
Children from 13 to 18 years old: 2 capsules a day.
Swallow the capsule with a full glass of water at mealtimes.

Brewer's yeast is one of the best-known nutritional supplements. It is obtained from cereal fermentation, such as barley. It tends to have a bitter aftertaste, so it is processed into de-bitterised yeast. It is available as a powder or in flakes, that can be added directly to food, or in tablet or capsule form.

It is very high in fibre and proteins of high biological value, especially rich in the amino acid lysine, and it contains glutathione, a tripeptide with antioxidant properties. It also contains B vitamins and several minerals, such as selenium, calcium, zinc and iron.

As a source of vitamins, minerals and amino acids, supplementation with brewer's yeast supports hair, skin and nail care. Minerals such as zinc and selenium support proper immune system function and fibre supports bowel movement.
