Instructions for use

Oral use. From 6 years. Adults: 3 capsules a day. Children from 13 to 18 years old: 2 capsules a day. Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule a day. Take a single dose in the morning with a meal with a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children. Store away from light, heat and moisture.
