Arkopharma Arkosol Intensive 30caps is a food supplement based on carotenoids of plant origin, plants, vitamins and minerals. Helps protect cells against oxidative damage and contributes to normal skin pigmentation
Indicated for a global preparation of the skin and a radiant skin.
Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Take one capsule a day, accompanied by food at least 15 days before, during and after exposure to the sun or artificial UV rays.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and/or healthy diet.

For photoprotection to be effective, remember to apply it in sufficient quantity, spread it evenly and reapply it every 2 hours, after bathing or sweating. In addition to the use of topical photoprotection, use complementary protection methods: accessories such as brimmed hats, sunglasses and appropriate clothing. Reinforce hair care with oral photoprotection (in the form of a food supplement) together with a balanced diet. Avoid exposure during the central hours of the day (between 12:00 and 16:00). Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight. Overexposure causes oxidative damage, photoaging and promotes the appearance of skin diseases. Don't forget to apply hair aftersun so that your hair maintains the necessary antioxidants and daily hydration.
Periodically check the appearance or changes in moles (shape, size or colour). If you take photosensitising medication or have a skin condition, it is especially important to follow these recommendations. In any case, if after sun exposure you develop blisters, fever or headache, consult your doctor.
