Arkopharma Arkosueño Dormigummies Sugar-free 60 Units is a dietary supplement in gummies, made with 1.9 mg of melatonin and extracts of lemon balm, lime blossom and California poppy.
Thanks to this formula, it makes it easier to fall asleep, both at the beginning and during night-time awakenings, and promotes relaxation and the quality of rest. It also contains vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland. It helps your body to know when it is time to go to sleep and when it is time to wake up.
