Description

Arkopharma Forcapil Hair & Nails 60 capsules is indicated for people who wish to improve and reinforce the growth and vitality of their hair and nails. They have an anti-loss action which also gives volume to the hair.

Its formula combines a stimulating B-cell vitamin complex, Vitamin D (strengthens nails), cystine (promotes hair and nail development), and a natural antioxidant.), methionine (antioxidant, contributes to the health of the skin, hair and nails), biotin (hair loss prevention, improves nail quality) and zinc (improves the beauty of the skin, hair and nails).

 

Instructions for use

  • Take two capsules in the morning for two to four months. Take the capsules with a large glass of water.

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
