Description

Milflores honey known for its intense flavour and scent, with an air of scrubland. Its colour is very variable, from light amber to dark amber when liquid, and more or less toasted brown once crystallized. It is reputed to be a good digestive, antiseptic, blood regenerative and healing.

It comes from simultaneous blooms in wild areas of the Iberian Peninsula.
