Description

A light cream that helps to promote muscle recovery. After training or physical exertion, a massage relieves pain and fatigue. It is composed of natural ingredients such as arnica Montana, which provides soothing properties. It has an unctuous texture, non-oily and easy to spread. Does not dry the skin. Fragrance-free. Suitable for all skin types.

Instructions for use

Apply 3 times a day, with circular movements on the most affected areas.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Arnica (Arnica montana) is a plant with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial properties. It has been used topically (on the skin) since ancient times when macerations were made with its flowers as a natural remedy.

Arnica extract relieves muscular discomfort, and small bruises, and is useful in supporting muscle and joint recovery after physical exercise. It also has antiseptic properties.

In cosmetics, it helps to reduce small bruises or swelling after dermatological treatments.

It is not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to plants of the Compositae family. It should not be applied directly to open wounds.

Depending on the concentration, it is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding (except for some cosmetics tested at this stage and with low concentrations). When in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
