Description

Green tea is one of the teas with the highest amount of antioxidant substances. It is rich in minerals (selenium, calcium, chromium, magnesium, manganese, iron, zinc), vitamins (A, B2, B9, C and E) and other elements beneficial to health, such as polyphenols, responsible for the antioxidant power of tea, and tannins (responsible for its astringent power). It contributes to the elimination of bad LDL cholesterol and helps to increase good HDL cholesterol. It also helps to fight cardiovascular diseases. Green tea relieves migraines, helps prevent hypertension, is mildly diuretic and astringent.

Instructions for use

Fill a cup or glass with hot water, place the green tea bag inside the container and wait for 5 minutes.
