Description

It is a dietary supplement in the form of tablets based on melatonin, vitamins and minerals, amino acids, and plant extracts in a dual-action formula.

The daytime tablet (white):

  • Ginkgo Biloba participates in the peripheral blood microcirculation and contributes to good hearing.
  • Magnesium, vitamins B6, B12, and niacin (B3) help reduce fatigue.
  • Magnesium, vitamins B6, B12, thiamine (B1), and niacin (B3) contribute to normal psychological functions (concentration, learning, memory).

The nighttime tablet (blue):

  • 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime helps reduce sleep time.
  • Lemon balm acts on sleep quality.
  • California poppy helps cope calmly with the stress of an active lifestyle.
  • Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function (concentration, learning, memory, and reasoning, as well as stress resistance).

Instructions for use

Take 2 tablets a day. In the morning (1 tablet day) and in the evening (1 tablet night), 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime. It is imperative to continue initial use for a minimum of three months to observe the desired results.
