It is a food supplement in the form of tablets based on melatonin, vitamins and minerals, amino acids and plant extracts in a dual action formula.

Tablet per day (white):

- Ginkgo Biloba is involved in the peripheral microcirculation of the blood and contributes to good hearing.
- Magnesium, vitamins B6, B12 and niacin (B3) help reduce fatigue.
- Magnesium, vitamins B6, B12, thiamine (B1) and niacin (B3) contribute to normal psychological functions (concentration, learning, memory).

Night tablet (blue):

- 1 mg melatonin before bedtime helps to reduce sleep time.
- Lemon balm acts on the quality of sleep.
- Scholzia helps to calmly cope with the stress of an active lifestyle.
- Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function (concentration, learning, memory and reasoning, as well as resistance to stress).

Instructions for use

Take 2 tablets a day. In the morning (1 tablet day) and in the evening (1 tablet night), 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime. It is imperative to continue initial use for a minimum of three months to observe the desired results.
