Avène Hyaluron Activ B3 Cellular Regenerating Cream Refill 50ml is an eco-refill of the cellular regenerating cream, allowing the original glass jar to be reused.

It is a concentrated cream with 0.2% pure hyaluronic acid that acts on the causes of aging and extends the life of cells: it helps regenerate and firm the skin and reduce wrinkles.

Its velvety and softly scented texture helps the skin to feel plumped, smoothed and radiant after application.

It can also be used as a make-up base.

Hyaluronic acid is a substance contained in many tissues in the body. It is found in the dermis of the skin and in cartilage. It has great capacity to attract and retain water. So much so that it is capable of absorbing up to 1,000 times its own weight in water. As time goes by, the body's production of this substance progressively decreases, which means that the skin loses hydration and, with it, elasticity and firmness. This also happens to the joints, where the cartilage loses its water retention capacity and becomes stiffer. This great moisturising power has made hyaluronic acid a widely used ingredient in cosmetic products and it is a great ally for dehydrated or uncomfortable skin.
