The daily care of our contact lenses is essential to enjoy them comfortably and healthily as they are constantly exposed to external factors such as smoke or dust, when we take them off it is important to clean them and store them properly so that they do not suffer any damage.
Avizor introduces One Step Bio, a system that allows you to disinfect your contact lenses in a single step. Avizor One Step Bio incorporates a 3% peroxide solution and a catalase tablet and together, provides a high degree of lens cleanliness.
The catalase tablet contains a dye that colours the solution naturally and indicates when the process is complete;
*Avizor One Step Bio contains no preservatives.
- Wash hands thoroughly before use.
- Fill the contact lens case with peroxide disinfectant solution.
- Add a de-proteinizing tablet and at the same time add a neutralizing tablet.
- Insert each contact lens in its corresponding box.
- Leave contact lenses in solution for at least 6 hours (no problem if you spend a few hours, so a practical tip would be to leave them overnight).
- Before reapplication, contact lenses should be rinsed two or three times with multipurpose solution.
Contact lens solution is specially designed to take care of contact lenses and helps prevent protein deposits from forming on the lenses’ surface. Contact lens solutions must be kept innocuous to avoid eye infections, so it is important to keep the bottle tightly closed. It is highly recommended that contact lens wearers also use moisturising eye drops.
Remember that contact lenses are a resource to help you see better and should not be overused. You should rest your eyesight from their use. If you feel discomfort in your eyes, consult your pharmacist or ophthalmologist. Visit your doctor regularly to assess your eyesight and contact lenses.
