Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Apply a sufficient amount of Bariesun SPF50+ URIAGE mineral cream 100ml (2mg/cm2) on the skin, 30 minutes before sun exposure, renew regularly and after bathing;

Pharmaceutical Advice

For photoprotection with maximum effectiveness, remember to apply enough, sunscreen spread it evenly and reapply it every 2 hours, after bathing or sweating. In addition to topical photoprotection, use complementary accessories such as brim hats, adjustable sunglasses and suitable clothing. Boost skin care with oral photoprotection (in the form of a food supplement) combined with a balanced diet. Avoid exposure in the middle of the day (between 12:00 and 16:00). It's true that when you apply it it doesn't leave a white layer if you put it in little by little and it's relatively easy to spread (to be a physical filter cream). However, when you sweat or get wet all the skin starts to become white. I would not recommend it for humid climates or for the beach.
