Bloxinus spray gently cleanses the nasal passages. Its osmotic action with anti-edematous and anti-inflammatory effects clears the nose and relieves sinus inflammation. Bloxinus reduces nasal obstruction in patients with enlarged nasal turbinates and specific vasomotor rhinitis (allergic rhinitis) or nonspecific rhinitis.
