Bayer Serenia® 60caps is a food supplement made from three plant extracts which promote sleep and help you relax in situations of nervousness or stress. The formula contains California Poppy, Valerian and Passionflower and, during the day, these capsules provide a relaxing effect, promoting well-being in situations of many nerves. At night, it helps to reconcile sleep and its quality. It is recommended for use by people over 12 years of age.

Instructions for use

How to take Bayer Serenia® 60 caps?

  • In case of nervousness, take once or twice a day;
  • To facilitate sleep and nighttime rest, take 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime.
  • Take the recommended doses over a period of 2 to 4 weeks for maximum effectiveness.
