Shake before use.
Apply evenly about two tablespoons of sunscreen to clean skin on face, neck and chest, 30 minutes before sun exposure.

For me the best sunscreen gel for sport, I have tried other brands and gave me problems or allergic reactions and with this din problem, plus it absorbs quickly and leaves no oily feeling. I will continue with this brand
