Description

Dietary supplement that combines vitamins and minerals to help restore physical and mental energy. Its unique formula provides you with the energy you need for the day, thanks to vitamins B (except B9) and C, and magnesium which contributes to normal energy metabolism. Vitamins B9 and C help reduce fatigue, and zinc contributes to normal cognitive functioning. Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance. It is a Dietary supplement to be used in addition to a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Presentation 60 tablets.

Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water, on a 30-day program renewable if necessary. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. This product is not suitable for people with kidney problems.

Composition

Ascorbic Acid, Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Carbonate, Magnesium Oxide, Lactose, Film Coating (Coating Agents: E464, E463, Bulking Agent: Rice Starch, E460, Stabilizer: E570, Colorants...): E172), Nicotinamide, Stabilizers: Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose Crosslinked, Zinc Citrate, Calcium Pantothenate, Bulking Agent: Mannitol, Thiamine Nitrate, Anticaking Agents/Coating Agents: Talc, Magnesium Salts Of Fatty Acids, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Folic Acid, Biotin, Cyanocobalamin 0.1%.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
