Berocca Performance Vitamins and Performance 30comp is a specific combination of vitamins and minerals tested with clinical studies that, thanks to its B vitamins, vitamin C, and minerals, contributes to mental and physical performance and to the reduction of fatigue.

Clinically tested formula:

  • B vitamins (niacin, B2, B1, B6, Biotin, B12), C, and magnesium help the proper functioning of the nervous system and normal energy metabolism.

  • B vitamins (niacin, B1, B6, Biotin, B12, folic acid), C, and magnesium help normal psychological function.

  • Pantothenic acid contributes to the synthesis and normal metabolism of some neurotransmitters.

  • Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function such as concentration, learning, memory, and stress resistance.

  • Magnesium, vitamins B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, and vitamin C contribute to reducing fatigue and tiredness.

  • Magnesium alone supports the normal functioning of muscles.

  • Calcium contributes to the normal functioning of neurotransmitters.
