Description

Magnesium body spray with lemon oil and arnica flower. It contributes to muscle recovery after physical exercise by stimulating blood flow and replenishing magnesium levels in the body, thanks to its formula with magnesium chloride. In addition, this vegan spray helps maintain optimal performance during training.
Suitable for use on the entire body. For external use only.

Instructions for use

- Spray onto the body and massage gently to stimulate absorption.
- As a training aid: apply a minimum of 10-20 sprays, morning and evening, to help restore magnesium levels. Increase dosage during intense workouts.
- For recovery: apply to the muscle area and massage.
- Repeat as often as necessary and keep the area warm.
