Description

Strips of agar-agar seaweed, which is the highest quality marine gelatin, and is composed of soluble fiber extracted from the seaweed Gelidium Sesquipedale. It can be used as a thickener or gelling agent in desserts such as cakes, custards or sorbets, or in dishes to make sauces or soups. It does not add any flavour and is very rich in fibre, sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. It can also be added directly to salads, just hydrate for a few minutes, until the desired texture.

Instructions for use

-Cold preparation: leave to soak for 20 minutes. Drain and serve alone or seasoned. -Jelly: put 10g of seaweed in 1 litre of boiling water. Stir for one or two minutes and leave to cool.
