Description

Spelt wheat biscuits from Biocop, presented in a package of 150gr. Sweet biscuits of wheat flour in square shape for direct consumption. Soft flavor and light texture. They are made with ingredients from organic farming. They do not contain egg or milk. Recommended for breakfast, snacks and as a base for making cakes. Spelt wheat offers health benefits. It prevents cardiovascular problems, helps strengthen the immune system and regulates blood clotting.

Each 100g of biscuits provide 20g of sugars, 2.8g of dietary fiber, 8.9g of protein and 0.87g of salt. The energy value of 100g of product is 439Kcal. Biocop warns that it may contain traces of soy and milk. Not suitable for vegans or coeliacs, as it contains gluten. Keep in a cool, dry place.

Composition

Spelt flour 73.9%, cane sugar, sunflower oil, rice flour, malted barley flour, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate), wheat starch, salt, natural vanilla flavouring, antioxidant (rosemary extract).
